I’ve been deeply involved in using, becoming educated about and researching, H2 (molecular hydrogen) for about 5 years. The addition of inhaled H2 gas produced by the H4L 600 that I purchased from Hydro 4 Life has added considerably to the benefits I’ve enjoyed from Hydrogen Rich Water (HRW) tablets and hydrogen water machines for years.

Immediately after starting the inhalation of H2 I noticed further improvements in the reduction of my systemic inflammatory pain. After a short time longer I also experienced a quite noticeable increase in VO2 Max… the body’s ability to uptake and make use of oxygen during exercise. I am not breathing as hard as I was during my workouts and hill walks, and my muscles do not tire out and load up with lactic acid so easily. It’s a rather profound effect actually.

I have even noticed a considerable improvement in my vision. I no longer need to wear glasses when I’m on the computer or reading a book. There’s also been quite a noticeable ‘peace and calming’ effect that I have been experiencing since I began inhalation. In the extensive H2 research that I have done, I’ve learned that the inhalation of H2 gas and the ingestion of it have a lot of similarities. I personally love that I can easily and affordably self-administer with the H4L 600 and some tablets. In doing so I’m addressing potential future physiological issues that I may not be aware were developing, and that I now may never know about. I would highly recommend hydrogen gas inhalation to everyone!
