My journey began a couple years ago when I was looking for a way to help deal with my asthma. For most of my life I have been troubled with asthma, but I found as I got older the symptoms were getting worse, so I decided to search for an alternative health method to ease my symptoms. After spending many evenings scrolling through the internet in search of a way to help myself, I came across an article about how the inhalation of hydrogen rich air can help with so many health issues, asthma was listed as one of them. Once I had discovered this I went on to read more studies (the same studies linked on our “The Science” page) on the science behind hydrogen use and decided I was in!

Now that I had found out about hydrogen use, i was eager to give it a try and see if it could help me, which turned out to be rather difficult as I couldn’t find anyone in the UK selling the products that I was looking for. After not being able to get a high quality product in the UK, I began to contact sellers in other parts of the world and after a couple of months I had received my first hydrogen generation machine.

I began to use the hydrogen in regular treatment sessions and the results were astonishing! Not only did it reduce my asthma symptoms but also I felt my energy levels throughout the day were much higher. It almost seemed crazy to me that a treatment that could help me this much was so out of reach for so many people because of the lack of knowledge and access to products, so that’s when the idea for Hydro4Life was born. 

Our mission is too educate people on the potential benefits of hydrogen and provide a high quality product all in one place.
